Please read this series of Question and Answers to know Who we are, what we do and clear all misinformation being spread by individuals that were dissociated from Kosmic Fusion. We take this opportunity to put the details in Q&A format to keep all answers objective and wish everyone understands the level of transparency that is maintained in operations of Kosmic Fusion.

Is Kosmic Fusion religious organization?
No, you don’t need to be from any particular religion, background or culture to be part of Kosmic Fusion. In the past we had participants that were Christians, Catholics, Buddhists, Jains, Muslims, Sikhs and continue to be so. We welcome everyone with open arms. All participants are completely free to practice any faith.
Is Kosmic Fusion a ‘Cult’?
Absolutely No, as you read on our website or interact with anyone at Kosmic Fusion, you will realize we are group of volunteers that support mission of Kosmic Fusion, which is to spread Spirituality through Knowledge and Devotion. Since inception of Kosmic Fusion, all volunteers have been free to make their decisions. We provide an open community to everyone involved. Associated volunteers are from all walks of life, live in different countries/time zones and engage whenever they feel like getting involved. There is no pressure on anyone.
Are participants or volunteers asked to leave their families?
NO, there are various occasions when whole family unit have attended our workshops, we had participants who were part of Kosmic Fusion when they were students, got married and started their families. Respecting Family value system is one of our core principles, at Kosmic Fusion we believe the whole world is one ‘big family’ (Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam) regardless of their association with us. On the contrary many of our participants have improved relationships with their family & friends.
Is Shri Ji Guru?
No. Shri Ji looks after administration of Kosmic Fusion and doesn’t teach. Shri Ji is widely respected for the dedication and support given to all the volunteers. Shri Ji has been quoted as saying:
“Taking up role of a Guru is huge responsibility & requires 100% commitment. To teach the Absolute Truth & mentor anyone full time requires a lot of dedication and due to my work commitment I personally find it challenging to find this balance. Together with rest of the world, I’m happy to seek, learn, understand and apply teachings of Kosmic Fusion in my life. I’m happy to support the mission of Kosmic Fusion with complete dedication, which comes naturally. If at all I believe I’m fit to be a Guru then definitely this will be publicly declared without any hesitation”
What does Kosmic Fusion offer to general public?
We offer Regular Meditations across various physical locations & via online webinar, often these are by-donation. We used to offer AwaKeNiN & TrANsForMaTioN workshop, which has been kept on-hold since November 2016.
If anyone is interested in our workshops they join us for the few hours and then they are on their own. We are available and contactable anytime through our email address if there are any questions from the participants.
Do you have ‘members’?
Since inception Kosmic Fusion never had any concept of ‘members’; participants attend our workshops and then they are on their own. The process is no different to someone attending a one-off vocational course.
Do you ‘recruit members’?
Not at all! Kosmic Fusion has always been driven by volunteers, there is no monetary value associated with such cooperation and volunteering.
Do you still offer ‘AwaKeNiN and TrANsForMaTioN’ workshop?
We have temporarily halted physical workshops at Kosmic Fusion since November 2016, due to consistent power play between volunteers. There were consistent tug of war and ego clashes hence all workshops were called-off as we felt it was not ethical to offer any workshops if the equation among the volunteers was not right.
Can people join or leave Kosmic Fusion at any time?
Of Course yes, we respect the right of participants and they are free to join or leave anytime they want.
Is Quantum Vortex Scalar-Wave Photon Pulse, Science or Spirituality?
There is gap between Science and Spirituality, however these converge at a point of ‘Experience’ and “Quantum Vortex Scalar-Wave Photon Pulse” is that energy which you can feel. It is undeniable fact that most of the modern studies have their teachings rooted within the ancient scriptures from Asian sub-Continent, Vedas, Upanishads and Puranas referred to ‘gravity’, ‘shape of Earth’ etc, way before modern science figured this out.
Do you have any hierarchy or pyramid structure at Kosmic Fusion?
Anyone that has visited our meditations evenings, workshops or at expos are aware that Kosmic Fusion is known for ‘zero hierarchy’, with everyone from a Pulsar, Practitioner, Facilitators in Training & Faculties are activated at same level, likewise Sree Maa Shri Ji do not provide any preferential treatment towards individuals.
We wish to share very important clip from March 2017, this video clip debunks false claims made by people with vested interests. This short 20 minute clip gives good enough information on the transparency and clarity maintained by Sree Maa & Shri Ji throughout the FiT programme, there was no hierarchy in Kosmic Fusion and their decision to halt the FiT programme as some of the FiT didn’t walk their talk.
What can people do after this AwaKeNiN and TrANsForMaTioN workshop?
Currently we have kept all advanced workshops on-hold.
What is ‘Facilitators in Training’?
Between 2014 – 2015, number of QVSWPP Practitioners expressed their interest towards becoming “Facilitators in Training” (FiT). As part of this programme, the Practitioners wrote letters to Sree Maa explaining how they would like to assist towards Mission of Kosmic Fusion. Each individual was free to join or leave the programme at any time if content didn’t resonate with them.
What was taught in Facilitators in Training?
Within this training participants were introduced to various discourses on Sreemad Bhagwad Geeta, vedic teachings, shlokas (songs) etc from the Indian subcontinent.
From late 2013 onwards, All FiT addressed each other as “OM Sai Brahmn” and “Hari OM Brahmn” – translating merely to “I bow to the pure energy in you”. It was a greeting as respect to one another.
Can people leave from your Facilitators in Training Programme?
We did have couple of participants who dropped out of the training due to their personal reasons. We respected such decisions and their privacy and never pursued anyone who wished to drop out of the training programme. Likewise anyone involved with Kosmic Fusion was always at their freewill to continue or leave.
Are participants of Facilitators in Training Programme converted to Hinduism or Sanatana Dharma?
Absolutely No, Kosmic Fusion is non-religious and respects all religions, beliefs, faith and preferences equally. There is no element of ‘conversion’ by merely sharing about teachings of Sanatana Dharma. Santana Dharma is Universal Freedom to choose whichever path one wants to merge with the Divine.
Do you monitor or control any activities of the Facilitators in Training?
Not at all. All FiT were given topics to research on Wetiko virus, Shadow Self, False Self, encouraged to do voice dialogue to look at their own multiple personalities, Spiritual Bypass, Cognitive dissonance etc. All Facilitators in Training were free to research on such advanced topics in Spirituality and if they had any reservations or doubts about Kosmic Fusion then it would have been apparent at that time.
Do you control diets, habits, personal preferences of individuals?
No Way, benefits of vegetarianism are shared during the workshops and this in no-way indicates controlling anyone’s diet preferences. In 2015, participants of Facilitators in Training were given an exercise to have any non-vegetarian diet for a week followed by a vegetarian diet and write down if they felt any difference. People are free to follow their personal choices & use discretion at any given point in time.
Is “Facilitator in Programme” still active?
No. The FiT programme was suspended on 18th March 2017. Sree Maa had stepped down and resigned as the mentor. After this point, all Facilitators in Training were “Ex-FiT”. In October 2018, the remaining team of FiT have been promoted as Faculties and have taken over the administration and operations of Kosmic Fusion, as it was envisioned by Sree Maa way back in 2015.
Does Sree Maa offer private sessions?
Sree Maa rarely offered private sessions and had stopped offering all such sessions since July 2014.
Do you have any Ashram?
Not exactly an Ashram as such, in March 2016, 2 FiT (Ritu Bhargava and Teh Li Ping) organized a shared accommodation and proposed Sree Maa Shri Ji to live with them; to which Sree Maa Shri Ji agreed and shared the rent.
Iphigenie was an uninvited guest. Joy/Irene Kuo visited New Zealand for a brief period of time to attend “FiT Reunion”, which she was organizing. The whole house had to be rearranged to accommodate these “guests”.
Were people made to work or serve in the Ashram?
No, Sree Maa Shri Ji and 2 FiT (Facilitators in Training) that lived together used to share the daily chores of the house and there were many occasions when Sree Maa used to cook, clean as can be seen in below photos.
Were there 12 FiT living in the Ashram?
No way such claims are laughable and defy logic – it is not practical and illegal for a 4 bedroom property.
How was Sree Maa Shri Ji’s experience at the Ashram?
Sree Maa Shri Ji had harrowing experience in such a set up and felt exiled between the personal dramas of the FiT, please read below letter (dated May 2017) on how Sree Maa Shri Ji were victimized and they literally locked themselves.
Did you have any confession sessions?
No. The FiT used to discuss amongst themselves on their shortcomings and self-reflection; they wrote such observations in their journals and would take all the notes with them.
Was there any live audience for such ‘reflection’ sessions?
No. The FiT used to write their notes at the comfort of their space. In fact Dallia/Iphigenie wrote her notes and sent it via post in August 2017. At this time Dallia/Iphigenie was living at her own place & will. Likewise, Joy Kuo sent some hand written notes in September/October 2017 while she was in Australia. So any claims of such forced write-ups is false.
What was the interaction between Sree Maa Shri Ji and FiT?
During Sree Maa Shri Ji’s stay in the ashram, FiT used to bring up their personal problems with work, money, life in general – to which Sree Maa suggested the FiT to discuss it among themselves and rarely intervened in their process of self-reflections, voice dialogue and self-realization.
