Fulfilling our true purpose – in a world which rewards darkness

Fulfilling our true purpose – in a world which rewards darkness | Kosmic Fusion | Sree Maa Shri Ji

Finding and fulfilling your True purpose in life can be a very difficult task, particularly as it often feels as though the modern world rewards those who do not pursue such high-minded topics, but instead take a lower road and allow themselves to be influenced by more unclear, and often darker motivations.

Spiritual values and our own desires can sometimes clash – but whilst all of us must make a living and ambition is understandable, acknowledgement of our spirituality demands that we must seek and fulfill our true purpose on earth. Here are our top tips to achieving just that goal.

Consider what others say about you

This is a practical way of finding and fulfilling your life purpose, taking into consideration the things others have said about your strengths and weaknesses. Don’t allow yourself to be swayed by negative viewpoints, but do consider these alongside the compliments. What do others think you are great at, and where do they see your weaknesses? Analyse this introspectively and pay particular attention to those comments you hear more than once. In this way, your relationships can be a fantastic way to communicate with your own core intelligence.

Be more introspective

A wonderful way of discovering your own inner self can be simply to connect with it on a deeper level. Meditation is helpful in this respect, opening up a crucial dialogue with the elements of your own being which you might otherwise miss out on. Consider guided meditation if you are a novice to the practice, or simply take the time to analyse your own reactions to situations and events which occur in your daily life. Acknowledging the things which feel positive will help you to grow more awareness of your true calling.

Keep aware of possibilities

Try not to become too set in your ways, and follow the things which bring you and others around you joy, rather than acting on impulse or out of a misplaced sense of duty. There are many dimensions to life, and it is often not as straightforward as it might immediately seem. Finding your own purpose amid the clutter and noise, so you can go ahead and live an authentic life, is possible – and so is avoiding the darker sides of human nature in the process, preventing the pain and sorrow of the world from pulling us down.
